You may mail Esquire a check, but you must include your EAM account number on your check to ensure your payment is processed correctly. If you are mailing the payment, please send your check, made payable to the Association, to the remittance address immediately below.

OPTIONS THROUGH Esquire's HOMEOWNER PORTAL (Electronic)
Esquire Association Management provides a homeowner Portal where you can pay your Quarterly assessment, view and print account statements, view and download Association documents and resources, submit Architectural Change Request forms, and more!
To set up a homeowner account on the Portal, please contact Esquire for you unique account number. Once you have set up your Portal account at https://esqmanagement.cincwebaxis.com/, you will be able to make electronic payments or sign up for automatic quarterly payments.
Online Payment
Using the link provided on our website (www.esqmanagement.com), please click on the tab labeled “Dues” and then the link labeled “Online Payment Website”. This link will take you to a website where you may create an account to have your dues automatically deducted each quarter or, without setting up an account, make a one-time payment by eCheck or credit card (a fee applies to credit card payments). The information needed is as follows:

Account Number: ???
Amount / Frequency: $ ???/ Due Quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st
