All Creekside home buyers should receive two important documents before the settlement of their new home: the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Voting Rights and the By-Laws of The Villages of Creekside.

At that time, you will also receive a packet of information which will include the following:

Information about our website,

Contact Info. for HOA Property Management Co. and Utilities,

List of Board of Directors,

List of Volunteer Committees,

The Village Center and Pool rules,

The Rules and Regulation Summary,

An Architectural Committee Request Form, (Required for any building alterations),

Landscape Request Form (Required for any major landscape projects)

Once you have moved into community you will receive a warm welcome from one of our Welcoming Committee members who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
